Standard delivery is 1–2 business days within Muscat and 2–4 business days for the rest of Oman. Express delivery (Muscat only) ships the same day if ordered before 2pm.

Any order over OMR 20 ships free across Oman. Below that, standard shipping is OMR 2.300 and express is OMR 5.700.

Yes. We email a tracking link the moment your parcel leaves our warehouse. You can also track from your account on the Track Order page.

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Hygiene products that have been opened (toothbrushes, tongue cleaners) are non-returnable for safety reasons unless they arrive damaged.

Log in, open your order from the account dashboard, and click “Return item”. We email a prepaid return label within 24 hours.

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item, and your bank typically takes another 3–5 days to post the credit.

Yes. Every dentist on the platform is licensed in their country, verified by our team, and curates their own product list. Their quotes and indications are theirs — not ours.

Some do. Dentists who join the partner program earn a small referral fee on products they recommend. We disclose every partnership clearly on the doctor's profile.

No, guest checkout is supported. But creating an account lets you reorder, track shipments, save addresses, and view your dentist-recommended history.

Gift cards are non-refundable but never expire. They can be used in part across multiple orders.
