How BClear Care handles your data, and the rules that govern your use of this platform.

1. Privacy Policy

What We Collect

We collect only what we need to fulfill orders and improve the service:

• Account data — name, email, phone, delivery addresses
• Order data — items purchased, payment confirmation (we never store card details — payments are tokenized through our payment processor)
• Health-related preferences — only what you voluntarily share via the indication finder (e.g. “braces & aligners”)
• Usage analytics — anonymized page views, search queries, and device type, used only to improve the site

How we use your data

To fulfill your orders, send delivery updates, recommend relevant products, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations (e.g. tax records). We don't sell or rent your data to third parties.

Sharing your data

We share data only when required to deliver the service:

• Couriers — name, address, and phone for delivery
• Payment processor — transaction amount and reference (tokenized card data)
• Authorized providers — aggregate order data, never individual customer data
• Legal authorities — only when required by law

Your Rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from your account settings, or by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days. Account deletion removes personal data within 90 days, except records we're required to retain for tax purposes (typically 5 years).

Cookies

We use cookies for essential functions (cart state, login session, language preference) and anonymous analytics. No third-party advertising trackers. You can clear cookies at any time via your browser settings.

2. Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to place an order on BClear Care.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your password secure. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts with suspected fraud or abuse.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline orders for stock, payment, or shipping issues, in which case any payment is fully refunded. Prices and availability can change without notice; we'll honor the price displayed at the time you ordered.

Dentist recommendations

Recommendations on BClear Care reflect the personal opinion of individual licensed dentists, not medical advice from BClear Care itself. They're informational, not a substitute for an in-person consultation. Some dentists earn a referral fee on products they recommend — this is disclosed on each doctor's profile.

Intellectual property

All content on BClear Care — logos, designs, copy, photography — is owned by BClear Care or its licensors (e.g. PESITRO product imagery). Don't reproduce or republish without written permission.

Limitation of liability

BClear Care's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit or data, except where prohibited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Muscat.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of BClear Care after changes constitutes acceptance.
