Where We Deliver
BClear Care currently ships to all governorates in the Sultanate of Oman: Muscat, Dhofar, Musandam, Al Buraimi, Al Dakhiliyah, Al Dhahirah, Al Wusta, Al Sharqiyah North & South, and Al Batinah North & South.
We're expanding to Iraq, Egypt, and Syria soon — check the region selector at the top of the page for updates.
Delivery Options & Fees
- Standard delivery — 1–2 business days within Muscat governorate, 2–4 business days for the rest of Oman. OMR 2.300, free on orders over OMR 20.
- Express delivery (Muscat only) — same-day if ordered before 2pm, otherwise next business day. OMR 5.700.
- Pickup — collect from our Al Khuwair partner pharmacy at no charge, usually within 4 hours of placing the order.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS within minutes of dispatch. From the tracking page you can see real-time status, estimated delivery window, and contact the courier directly. Logged-in users can also see all their shipments in their account dashboard.
What if I'm not home?
Our courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times on consecutive business days. If unsuccessful, the parcel returns to our warehouse and we'll contact you to arrange redelivery or pickup. Storage beyond 14 days incurs a small fee.
Returns
Our policy
We accept returns of unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items that can't be returned
- Hygiene products that have been opened or used — toothbrushes (manual or electric brush heads), tongue cleaners, interdental brushes, single-tuft brushes, single-use floss
- Personalized gift cards once redeemed
- Items marked “Final sale” on the product page
If a hygiene product arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace or refund it — reach us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll resolve it the same day.
How to Return
- Sign in and open the order from your account dashboard.
- Click “Return item” next to the product, and tell us briefly why.
- We'll email a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
- Pack the item in its original packaging and drop it at any Aramex point in Oman, or schedule a free pickup from your address.
Refunds
We process refunds within 3 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund is issued to your original payment method. Banks typically take an additional 3–5 business days to post the credit to your statement.
For replacements, the new item ships at no extra cost as soon as we receive the return.
Damaged or wrong item received?
We pack carefully and partner with reliable couriers, but mistakes happen. Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the issue within 7 days. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund the same day — no return shipping needed on our error.
